Jane Oma is a bridge builder – also known as #TheMotherEagle.
She is a Management Consultant with expertise in People and Organisations and Organisational Culture. Along her strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills, she is passionate about Africa and Africans, and in 2014 She founded Upside Africa. Upside Africa is a Non-Profit and Non-Governmental organisation with primary focus on inspiring, supporting and promoting African professionals and entrepreneurs – women and youth- in the diaspora as well as in Africa.
Jane Oma also runs a Mentoring Academy known as The Mother Eagle Mentoring Academy – focusing again on women and youth.
